Kejora Agro Sdn Bhd (KASB) is a subsidiary of Kejora Development Holding Sdn Bhd (KDHSB) established on 28 November 2012 under the Companies Act 1965. KASB is a subsidiary of Kejora Development Holding Sdn Bhd (KDHSB) Southeast Johor Development (KEJORA) which is one of the statutory agency bodies under the Ministry of Rural Development (KPLB).

KASB was established to carry out major activities specifically in the agricultural sector. The company is responsible for managing and developing suitable and potentially suitable agricultural lands to be developed in line with the goal of KEJORA’s agricultural development. This includes implementing high-tech modern agricultural activities such as fertigation systems and Effective Microorganism that can help increase productivity and yield of agricultural products.
